I can see why this app has been discontinued by AlternativeTo. I purchased the program years ago and used it successfully to catalog my movies and music. During that time I had cause to contact Robert Gale and found him to be snotty and condescending.
Recently I had some hardware problems and my copy of WhereIsIt reverted to an unregistered version and I am unable to use the program that houses my catalogs. Several emails to Mr. Gale went ignored.
This guy is a real piece of work. Either that or he is dead. Either way his customer service is lousy.
